To make their job more difficult, we were under serious time constraint because we had to be at a family wedding in just a few hours. David Zayed was super with his attentive customer service. Dan Gulley was by far the best sales manager we have ever dealt with - and we have purchased quite a few new cars over the years. David and Dan made our car purchase extremely easy. We were out the door with a car better than what we wanted at a great price and a great deal on our trade in. David, Dan and Premo worked tirelessly to get us out of the door in time for the wedding! Went back a week later to discuss warranty and to go over the new car and Premo went out of his way to make things easy and quick. David was very patient in explaining all the features of my new car. I will only buy from this Chevy dealership in the future. Customer Service is a top priority for this dealership. I forgot to mention Christina in Internet Sales who very quickly and accurately esponded to all of my questions which led us to this dealership. More

Very Friendly But Quality of Work was horrible I purchased a Brand New 1500 Silverado and It had a few scratches on the hood, somehow rust on a front towing hook, a scratch on the steering wheel, s I purchased a Brand New 1500 Silverado and It had a few scratches on the hood, somehow rust on a front towing hook, a scratch on the steering wheel, stain on middle front seat. Normally this would not be an issue because the dealership said they could take care of it over the weekend and I could finish the purchase on Monday when I pick it up. All they did was got the stain out of the seat. I had to bring the truck back a few days later for the dealership to correct the issues. I did and again nothing was done even after having it for a few days. They finally said they would order the new parts to replace the damaged/rusted parts and when they came in they would change them and have the scratched parts of the truck repainted. Over a Month later I called them to find out why it takes 4-5 weeks to get parts for a brand new vehicle and was told that the parts actually came in a week ago. I was just never called. The dealership has my vehicle now and says it will be at least a week. Keep in mind I live approximately an hour away and have now driven back and forth a few times because of their vacant promises to get it done quickly. The sales person who sold the truck checked back with me twice to see how I liked the truck and when I told him the troubles I was having he said he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back. Although friendly, the Service Department and Sales Person do not seem to care about an individual customer. I cannot, with a sound mind recommend Chevrolet of Naperville. Bullying approach to sales by Dan Troy, Sales Manager! Dan Troy was the sales manager that responded to my specific situation. Steve Deason and Isaac Flores were very friendly, helpful and professional as Dan Troy was the sales manager that responded to my specific situation. Steve Deason and Isaac Flores were very friendly, helpful and professional as they assisted my wife and I as we shopped for a new 2014 Traverse 2LT. However, when I asked about whether the dealership's participation in a specific "Car Buying Program" offered through my bank and insurance company, Dan Troy said that they did and that they did price-matching. When the time came to actually negotiate pricing based upon the price-guaranteed certificate that I received through the buying program, he immediately began telling me that there was no way that any other dealership would actually honor the price - that I would go to another dealership and buy from them only because I would not be smart/strong enough to not buy from them if they didn't honor the price either. Dan Troy was simply trying to throw numbers at me and bully me into not leaving his dealership without making a purchase. I'm happy to report that I indeed took the price-guaranteed certificate to Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, IL and found the exact Traverse that we were shopping for at an even better price than the certificate price. We purchased a new car for several thousand less than Dan Troy was trying to sell us a Demo Car for. The process was relaxed, and the purchase was negotiated entirely via e-mail with no pressure sales tactics. The Bill Kay sales staff went out of there way to find the car that we want and a very good price! I would not recommend Dan Troy at Naperville Chevrolet to anyone! More
