Great car buying experience I bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu a week ago. Ayman was a wonderful person to work with. I went to the dealership because I wanted a new car, but wasn't ne I bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu a week ago. Ayman was a wonderful person to work with. I went to the dealership because I wanted a new car, but wasn't necessarily ready to buy. I didn't even bring the car that I was planning on trading in. Ayman was patient and didn't push a sale. He was thorough and answered all the questions that my husband and I had. I ended up deciding to purchase. They didn't have exactly what I wanted at the dealership so Ayman told me they would find the car. Over the next few days, he kept me updated on what was going on and they had the car I wanted in less than a week. All the people at Chevy of Naperville were great to work with. The Camaro I wanted was very specific and not something Naperville Chevy had in their inventory so Eddie drove all the way to the border of Iowa (over 4 hour roundtrip) just to get the car I wanted. The process of purchasing the Camaro was quick and simple. I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership total from selecting my Camaro to discussing financing, signing the paperwork and I was on the road and in my garage. She could not have been more helpful. She worked with us non stop all afternoon and delivered the Tahoe that I wanted in the early evening. There was a very small incident where the license plate frames were damaged during the transfer process to the new vehicle, but Eddie and team were very happy to refund me the purchase price of the license plate frames.
