Total Nightmare – Avoid Ben & Jake This was the worst car-buying experience of my life. The management team specializes in empty promises and "pulling the rug out" from under customers. * Bait & Switch: car-buying experience of my life. The management team specializes in empty promises and "pulling the rug out" from under customers. * Bait & Switch: They tried to hike the "All-in" price by $3,000 once I reached the finance office. * Broken Promises: They agreed to fix a damaged dashboard, then flat-out refused to honor the repair or the agreed-upon discount. * Dishonesty: After being told there were two keys, they waited until the plates were being attached to admit there was only one. The GM, Jake, is the most unprofessional "crook" I’ve encountered. They do not honor their word or their handshakes. More

I had an amazing experience at this Chevy Exhange in Lake Bluff! I worked with Zayd, and he got me exactly what I wanted within a week. I was really specific about the color and interior — options that aren’ Bluff! I worked with Zayd, and he got me exactly what I wanted within a week. I was really specific about the color and interior — options that aren’t made very often — but Zayd went above and beyond. He found the perfect Tahoe just a couple of hours away, and the dealership went and picked it up. The whole process had less than a 24-hour turnaround! The car is everything I wanted and more. Both the Zayd and the manager Rob were fantastic — energetic, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend! More
