Just picked up my 2011 Lincoln MKX last night and am so happy with it. I had been looking a long time and came upon an ad online for a car available at Chicago Motor Cars. I was contacted immediately after sending the online inquiry by Jose Perez. Jose was a pleasure to work with, in fact, my whole experience with everyone there was a positive one. The car had a couple of minor service type issues - Jose made sure everything was done - the car was cleaned and absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. After driving a minivan for 17 years, it's obviously a huge 'freeing' moment to graduate to a REAL car!! More

Travelled up to Chicago from North East Indiana to do this deal, got a fair price for my trade in and now I am driving my Jaguar XF. Service good and friendly though communication could be better.
