Extremely pushy, shady, and generally what I have come to expect from car dealerships. Shane, who we never saw, and Ryan Lesko, with his ethical standards nameplate, were anything but ethical. We were charged for a PermaPlate “accessory” that we had declined. Long story, but many hours and many details later, our options were… 1. Take a check for the PermaPlate charge (minus interest of course) 2. Leave the charge on but take a lower interest rate I learned several things shopping here. First of all, I definitely will not go back, ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone else either. Secondly, I will never finance through a dealership again! If you plan to finance here, I strongly recommend talking to a bank first. You’ll be surprised at the interest rate difference. I’ve never left a dealership feeling like I got a really great deal. I left this one feeling like I’d been repeatedly lied to and ultimately ripped off. More
I have been in the Auto business for 30 years moved to Tn. last year and I have to say this is the worst Service department I have ever dealt with they don't communicate with you when you call to get some Tn. last year and I have to say this is the worst Service department I have ever dealt with they don't communicate with you when you call to get some answers they act like you are a bother. I had a 7am appointment and called at noon time only to get an answer that they only have a few techs that can repair off brands. The problem was the AC was not blowing this does not take 4 hours to diagnose it is clear that the car was not even looked at yet. I will and can take my business some where else. I bought the car at the dealership last year. But it is clear they don't care about the customer. More

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove 2 hours to look at a truck. Prior to this I called the dealer and emailed them throughout the week; stating a price point I was looking at. They assured me that was okay and that it shouldn't be a problem. I made an appointment on a Saturday to see the truck and once I got to the dealership and noticed the truck; it had not been cleaned neither the interior nor the exterior. Once the test drive was over, the usual paperwork discussion part took place. I do not know how many times I had asked how much the truck would be out the door. NOT A SINGLE PERSON could tell me an out the door price. I was then told by a sales team manager that in order to the get that number I would have to talk to finance. He also did not seem to care about my question and was just trying to hurry me through over to finance. I said no, you or someone can tell me an out the door price for the truck THEN I will talk to finance. They eventually came back and told me a RANGE of how much the truck would be, still not an actual price. I then took it upon myself to talk to finance to see if maybe they or someone at the dealership could tell me the actual price of the truck. Well once I got back to the finance office, he gave me a number that was not ever mentioned from the prior sales team, and I told them that wouldn't work for what I'm wanting to spend. I was then told that I agreed to a sales price and shown a number I agreed to. The number was the price they had the truck listed for not an out the door price which is what I tried to get since I began the paperwork process. I told them I was never mentioned an actual "out the door" price of the truck and even he was a bit confused. A few moments go by, and he gets the head sales team manager. This is where the whole situation completely loses my business. I was told by the sales team manager that I was losing out on a great deal and that I didn't know what I was giving up because it didn't fit my budget. He also stated the reason that he had dropped the price down because he was waiting on parts for the truck; so why was I told the truck needed nothing and that it was ready to go? He then stated, " for future reference when purchasing a vehicle, you need to understand that sales tax and fees as that will increase the price of the vehicle.' This dealership is very disrespectful and treats people like they don't know what they are doing or wanting. They seem to strong arm you in to a deal that you aren't comfortable with. This dealership did not seem friendly or respectful, I would not recommend this place for purchasing a vehicle to anyone. I've never felt more disrespected at a place. Instead of listening to my concerns or questions, I was treated with nothing, but disrespect. This dealership bounces around their word and doesn't care about you, your questions or your concerns. They only care about making the sale. More
