Barebones customer service/errors made We have purchased five cars at three different dealerships in the past 9 years, and the overall experience here was disappointing. No privacy, no snac We have purchased five cars at three different dealerships in the past 9 years, and the overall experience here was disappointing. No privacy, no snacks or drinks (except coffee and water in the service area), errors made in processing our paperwork (address wrong on registration!), no one to go over the car and set things up with us before leaving, a "missing" $400 key, and a salesman who didn't know the vehicle well at all. Hard to believe he's been selling Chrysler minivans for 20 years as he claimed. The best part of our experience, the man who took care of the errors, was our finance man, Jim Cobb; he is the only part of the dealership I would recommend. Would not recommend our salesman or this dealership to anyone looking to buy. More
