First Class Service Department Andrew Hannula was extremely accommodating. responsive to my requirements I hate buying vehicles and i don't like GM's policy of having their dealers search for other vehicles in other dealerships rather than building them a I hate buying vehicles and i don't like GM's policy of having their dealers search for other vehicles in other dealerships rather than building them a la carte like in the old days - so i moved to Mini to get exactly what i wanted - but in this case i was replacing my F150 truck. the people at Ciocca listened well and did their best to find me what i wanted - when they couldin't find one exactly they offered an alternate with more features but at the same price that we had negotiated - a win for me - so they got the sale. i sense a nice culture there -- so even for a cynic like me - i i can certainly recommend the dealership More
