Bad service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not addressed and received multiple phone calls asking me to consider overpriced up grades I I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not addressed and received multiple phone calls asking me to consider overpriced up grades I didn't need. Such as $135.00 to change the oil in my differentials .... total would have been $270.00. Then they wanted $185.00 to change the transmission fluid. I'm all ready paying $111.00 for an oil change for a 60,000 mile check up. When I got home I realized the tires were never rotated. I paid for it though. Also there was an arrow chalked at a slow leak on a tire. They didn't fix it or tell me about it. I fixed it. My opinion of this dealership is they are more concerned with taking advantage of someone without mechanical knowledge rather than being helpful. More

I felt that he wanted to get done with me and did not appreciate my business. Was very short and wanted to plug in the numbers and get out of the room. Tried to sell me the Ciocca Promise package and when I asked about the individual cost for each package, he got upset and took time to figure out the cost. I felt that he manipulated the numbers to get to a specific target. He sold one package out the 4 packages to me for $630 which I could have probably got for less. I would assume for someone who sells those packages multiple times a day to have a preprinted brochure or know the cost on top of his head. Also I ended up paying $4 extra per month that he added to my contact that should not have been added but I didn’t realize that until I left. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I got a good deal on the car. I wasn’t going to buy any packages because I didn’t like the way he treated me. The only reason I purchased one package was to help Kody Smith, the finance manager because I felt that he was so pressured to sell me something by his boss James and I just wanted to help him out.. If you are dealing with James, double check the numbers before you sign the paperwork. finally, I wanted to put the down payment on a credit card, and he came over and when he found out that I don’t have my checkbook, he said then “debit card” the left the room so “rudely” totally not appreciated! More
