The service estimate was $300 from a visit last month. I was early for my appt at 7:20. I pulled my car up to the door. Ryan was inside and looked up at me and my car. Door was locked. Np. At 7:30 he open I was early for my appt at 7:20. I pulled my car up to the door. Ryan was inside and looked up at me and my car. Door was locked. Np. At 7:30 he opened the doo and presented me with almost double the price for the scheduled repair. He made sone king of 'system' excuse and that it was a 'new' model car and have not updated the 'system. My Bolt is 5 years old. I think the Bold came out in 2017. His approach was caustic and after a few seconds while I was deciding I was caustically inquired ' do you want it'? I made arrangements to leave my car and get transportation. I succumbed to hi high pressure and left my car. It appeared the 2 mile test drive was a a wild ride. Heave objects; 10 lbs, 25 lbs and 40 lbs were positioned with cushions. When I got to my ca the items were all against the backs of the front seats; obviously a result of sudden hard braking. The service was for a coolant change More
