Joel was incredible with helping me test drive the different certified pre owned Outbacks I was interested in. He helped me understand the differences between the different trim levels and made me fee different certified pre owned Outbacks I was interested in. He helped me understand the differences between the different trim levels and made me feel comfortable to make the best choice for me. He stayed late when he didn’t have to and had the car ready for me to take home the next afternoon. The finance manager was wonderful as well. It can be intimidating as a woman to go buy a car alone but Joel was professional and kind and made the process easy and honestly as stress free as possible. There was zero pressure to buy. Already recommended Ciocca and Joel to my brother, who will be looking for a car soon. More
