By far and away, John Bistis was the most professional and courteous salesman we encountered. His knowledge of the vehicle, his customer service, and friendly demeanor set him well above his peers. Furthermore, the dealership itself is first class. Clean facility with a wide array of inventory. Water, Soda, Coffee, Tea, Bagels, and Chocolate Chip Cookies abound, which kept the kids happy while they watched shows on TV and waited for us to complete our purchase. Not only would I return but I am telling anyone in the market for a car to go check them out. More
Repair service I recently brought my 09 G37xs into the dealership due to the fact a warning light came on but would reset every time I would restart the vehicle. I I recently brought my 09 G37xs into the dealership due to the fact a warning light came on but would reset every time I would restart the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to John DiLieto in service. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain the different possibilities that could have created this problem. After bringing the vehicle to the dealership they discovered a problem with one of the brakes. John did explain that due to a defect in a part the repairs would covered under warranty. After dropping the vehicle off I received a call from John stating that the part was on backorder and that he would keep me updated. I must say that I am extremely impressed because due to the fact that the part was back ordered the vehicle was at the dealership 12 days. John took the time to call me and tell me of the progress in receiving the part. That made things so much easier for me knowing that I did not have to contact him on a daily basis in order to get an update. John was professional but also made me feel very comfortable and confident that the vehicle was being repaired properly, after all we were dealing with a brake issue. More

I had the pleasure of being connected to DJ Johnson who was not only friendly but honest as well. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in was already purchased but DJ proceeded to tell me about other cars that were available. He was helpful, informative and not only interested in making a sale. He used no high pressure sales tactics that being from North Jersey I am accustomed to. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist who promptly contacted DJ to inform him that we were there. Having only spoken to DJ once, I was quite impressed when he walked into the reception area knowing my name. He made the entire experience more of a personal one, like I was buying a car from a friend. He took the time to really get to know both my husband and I on a personal level. We were specifically looking for a CPO Infiniti G37X, coupe, which are very hard to find. DJ was not only extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car we were interested in but Infinitis in general. He took the time to let us test drive several cars, again not applying any type pressure and not rushing us to make a decision. Steve Thieme even had a car brought back from the detailer, believing that we would be more interested in that one. Guess what he was right. We left a deposit on the car and came back a few days later to finalize the paperwork. Once again, walking into the reception area we were greeted by a smiling face. DJ immediately came over and the process started. We met with Sherry Horelick, the Elite Product Manager, who was very helpful and informative as it concerns warranties and that wonderful Personal Assistant as an Infiniti owner that I am entitled to use. Again, no high pressure sales tactics, can you believe it. Next we were introduced to Kevin Reynolds the Product Specialist. He walked us through every gadget and button the car had. OMG, information overload! But made sure we had answers to every question we had before he left us back in DJ's capable hands. From there we signed the papers, with no surprises added to the monthly payment! I hopped into my beautiful new car and drove home...as luck would have it...in the rain. We want to thank everyone at Circle Infiniti. It was an extreme pleasure dealing with all of you. You made buying a car easy and made us feel like a part of the Circle Infiniti family. We will definitely do business with this dealership again and recommend both DJ and Circle to anyone looking for an Infiniti. More
Total Satisfaction Shopping for vehicles is one of my least favorite things to do however in doing business with Don Lotano and Circle Infiniti, this was not the case. They were able to find me the vehicle that met all of my requirements at an affordable price. It was a very smooth process. Needless to say I left there quite satisfied. We came back and worked through realistic financials. DJ optimized my time throughout the process – whether in the showroom or, finalizing a few details over the phone. The best part about working with DJ – is that he created a customer environment where I wanted to work with him. From the beginning I respected his recommendations ….and from there, the negotiation and delivery process was seamless. Delivery Experience Sherry started off by knowing a little bit about me/the customer. She then walked me through the warranty details and programs. Sherri made recommendations on which service program made practical sense given my lease mileage. Kevin was also a great brand ambassador for Infiniti. Every step in the delivery process was sequential and thoroughly explained. When I had a few questions, Kevin stopped, walked me through it again to ensure I knew how the functionality worked. More

In the years since I have left the industry, I have purchased several cars both for myself and for family members. I have to say that this was the best experience I have had. My sales representative, DJ Johnson was very low key, never placed any pressure on me and made the whole experience very enjoyable. He never tried to push me to a more expensive vehicle or package. He delivered exactly what I wanted. The delivery process was equally impressive. I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly when taking delivery of my new car. Nothing was sacrificed for the speed of the process. I was fully educated on all of the features of my new car. My phone and ipod were paired to the car for me. I signed my papers and I was off enjoying my new car. Thank you to DJ Johnson and the entire team at Circle Infiniti for a world class experience. We have purchased another Infiniti with Joel, a few years ago and were quite happy with that purchase and buying experience. We had done our homework by visiting the Circle Infiniti lot on a Sunday and chose the exact vehicle that we wanted (a Q-60S AWD 2 door Coupe). My wife and I also went online to "check out" pricing of the model that we wished to purchase and the packages/accessories/etc. When we met with Joel Friedman, he immediately brought the car that we had wanted, right up to the front of the dealership and we went for a test drive (My wife drove, as the new coupe was to be hers). She loved it! When we sat down with Joel, it did not take 15 minutes and the deal was set: with wonderful discounts & a very satisfactory final price! That was it! This latest purchase was our third vehicle from Circle Infiniti. I will certainly be back in the near future for my new Infiniti, as my I-35 is already ten years old with almost 200,000 miles! I highly recommend Circle Infiniti for anyone who wishes to purchase a fine vehicle that will last for many years and miles.
