Coming from NY to view the vehicle , I was a bit skeptical due to my prior negative experience with other Infiniti/ Nissan Dealership, but upon my arrival I was met with courteous employees greeting me with a smile and offering me water or coffee. My interaction with Mark was very pleasant, friendly (not pushy or chaotic) and very patience. With Brian Conway he was very professional with me in coming to an agreed price ( consensusly speaking) on the car, understanding the dealer has to make a profit and the consumer (myself) getting a fair purchase price!! Definitely coming back to purchase a QX80 :-D More

Awful experience We will never lease or purchase from Infiniti again. A tow needed to be arranged to bring my car in for service as it was not driveable due to a stee We will never lease or purchase from Infiniti again. A tow needed to be arranged to bring my car in for service as it was not driveable due to a steering issue. I was approximately 15-20 miles from home when it happened, and trying to navigate the car was impossible and frightening. A loaner car was provided. I went today to pick up my repaired car and to speak with someone about what exactly had happened. When I was called in to John Dilieto's office, the first thing he said to me was that if I would have brought the car in for service it never would have happened. Apparently a recall letter had been sent out approximately a year ago (he told me a year...I have since been told it was 5 months ago) and I never received the letter. I explained this, or started to, and was abruptly interrupted with a shrug and a comment that maybe it never got to me as we have changed our address since leasing the car. I had intended to try and get a better understanding of how something like this could happen, what if my grandson was in the car, what if I was going faster - and to express my thoughts and feelings about what I had experienced as I was driving 10 miles per hour with the steering wheel upside down and shaking and the car pulling off the road whenever I tried to break.. However, I was so put off and upset by the way I was dismissed and treated that I walked out only to hear a sarcastic "Have a wonderful day now..." as I was walking down the hall. Given my upsetting experience with driving the car I would never have anticipated such blaming, dismissive,unapologetic and abrupt commentary to be spewed in such a smug and unsympathetic manner. We will never return to this service department/dealership and we will certainly never buy or lease another Infiniti. Ever. Besides the horrific customer service, this car has had two recalls in less than a year and a half. So what I wasn't able to say before I left today is that treating customers in such a way is completely unacceptable. More
