I was so serious about my purchase my fiancé and I bo came in for a jx 35 . Circle Infiniti had the best price I had seen EVER for the year and make . I was so serious about my purchase my fiancé and I booked a hotel and came the night before . We came all the way from Pennsylvania which was a over a 2 hour drive . From the time we arrived Tim was amazing he knew we were comming in for the jx35 and with the intention of leaving with it same day . Which made it an all day process but everyone there made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed . Tim worked efficiently and diligently to make sure I got the best rate financed with his advisor Steve . Even the product specialist Marcus who walked me through all the operations of my vehicle before I left he was awesome and friendly . I am happy to say I came to in today at circle Infiniti and left with my dream car . And made it home safely . Thank you all who helped who I saw and didn't see . The service department is INCREDIBLE I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member and a pet emergency. The liftgate issue was more aggravation in my life that I didn't need. Pam Crisafulli greeted me in the service department and had me on my way in seconds. She knew what was wrong immediately-I had accidentally engaged the lock without even knowing it was there. I can't even convey what a relief it was to go home in my car, which she had washed for me, and not a loaner. Any stress off my back is greatly appreciated. Pam went beyond the call today (although I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone at Circle-I will be back!). More

Having some experience in leasing cars I new exactly what I wanted, and after viewing the inventory at Circle I called the sales department and ended up with Timothy Scott. He had a great sense of how I wanted it to go down and gave me a price I new I didn't have to shop around! I got a great value and service without having to step food in the door. Did everything from my desk at work and when all was settled I came to the dealer to sign the documents.
