I also was fortunate to meet Pam Crisafulli in service who has been exceptional in taking care of my service needs. She makes scheduling an appointment easy and it is always a pleasure dealing with her. When I need a loaner car she makes sure that I get one. She makes sure all my concerns get taken care of. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns and made this experience pleasant, fun, positive, relaxed and overall completely stress-free. And it didn't end with Ray. The employee that took us out for our new car tutorial was excellent. He had the knowledge to answer every question, a great sense of humor, and endless patience in dealing with me and my not-so-new-car-savvy self. Even right before leaving when we were given the tour and details on how the (pre and post construction) service area works, we were greeted with big smiles and warm hellos. When I initially came in, I dealt with Ray, who made the negotiating process hassle free. When I came in to pick up my car, Ray was off. He set it up so Evan would take care of all the paperwork for me. Evan was great and made sure everything was ready and had us in and out.
