Worst service The service from terrible, from the customer service to the service done on my car. The place is obviously unorganized and mismanaged. No formal line, long wait, and the service advisors avoid eye contact with you so they won't have to help you. Pam (service advisor) was actually complaining how busy it was and YELLING at other staff members in front of customers. More

John DiLieto was so helpful and professional I just bought my first Infiniti after having being a Lexus owner. Mr DiLieto made sure everything was ready and on time for me when I had my first ser I just bought my first Infiniti after having being a Lexus owner. Mr DiLieto made sure everything was ready and on time for me when I had my first service appointment. The service he gave me was outstanding.
