Awesome Service Department It has being 6 months since I bough my Infiniti and I've experience bad service and excellent service. Not mentioning the dealer's name, located in W It has being 6 months since I bough my Infiniti and I've experience bad service and excellent service. Not mentioning the dealer's name, located in Westchester. I had minor service performed and to my astonishment my car was returned to me with the panels off under the glove-box sitting on the floor. You know I had to take a few pics and call over the service advisor. Now 2 days ago I went out to Circle Infinti to get a few things done to the car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly John Dilieto, who listened to my concerns and requests. Upon completion my car was returned to me serviced, washed, vacuumed and in one piece. I can say with full certainty Circle Infiniti Service Dept goes far and beyond and more in satisfying their customer. Way to go! More
