The service department is INCREDIBLE I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member I was having trouble with the liftgate on my Infiniti QX70. It's been a stressful few months for me, dealing with a major illness of a family member and a pet emergency. The liftgate issue was more aggravation in my life that I didn't need. Pam Crisafulli greeted me in the service department and had me on my way in seconds. She knew what was wrong immediately-I had accidentally engaged the lock without even knowing it was there. I can't even convey what a relief it was to go home in my car, which she had washed for me, and not a loaner. Any stress off my back is greatly appreciated. Pam went beyond the call today (although I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone at Circle-I will be back!). More
Another outstanding service with Circle Infiniti! I called on Tuesday to see if they could squeeze me in for a service appointment. I spoke to John DiLieto who set up the appointment for that evening I called on Tuesday to see if they could squeeze me in for a service appointment. I spoke to John DiLieto who set up the appointment for that evening WITH a loaner car! I was in and out in no time and it just could not have been easier. I dropped it off the next night and got my car back, which was nice and clean and shiny. A shout out to Yuri for doing a great job with the loaner car. Nice and clean. As always, AnnMaria Trapani took the time to explain to me what my service visit would entail and made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for service to be completed. She kept me updated on the progress of my car and made sure I was done in a timely manner. Once again, I left happy with my decision to remain a Circle Infiniti customer. There are other Infiniti dealers closer to my home, but I continue to make the decision to bring my business to Circle Infiniti because of the stellar service that Ann continues to deliver time after time. I simply don't think that I will receive that level of service anyplace else -- so it's certainly worth driving a bit farther! More

Greal Deal, Oustanding Service! I bought a 2012 G37sX from Irwin back in June 2012. The deal I got was awesome. To this day I tell me friends. Of course, after the purchase came the I bought a 2012 G37sX from Irwin back in June 2012. The deal I got was awesome. To this day I tell me friends. Of course, after the purchase came the service intervals. This can be the source of much angst as many of us with considerable experieince know all too well. While the deal is the first step, and a critical one, it's pretty much over after the sale. The service intervals however are where the longterm relationship is built. I could tell right away, and continue to see to this day, that this is something Circle Infiniti places great awareness on. Every service interval (67,500 miles now) was top shelf. No xx of any kind. I deal mostly with John, but have also dealt with the rest of the service staff. They all treat you with respect and transparency. I have never left asking myself "what the xxxx just happened?". Every service interval, I go in asking a lot of questions. Being in IT, I think analytically, and I can tell when I'm being xxxxxxxxxxx. That just doesn't happen. All my questions are answered fully. No added nonsense about extra repair work I need (but really don't). I've been driving since 1977, and have accumulated a vast body of experience with having my vehicles worked on by various dealers and mechanics. Circle Infiniti is without question the best thus far. I plan on buying my next car from them (be ready Irwin :) ) and have every confidence that the subsequent service interactions will continue to not only meet, but exceed my expectations.
