We bought a Blazer RS from City Chevroet and our salesperson was Zachary Ott..my second time purchasing a vehicle here, and Zach always is very helpful and professional. This was My 3rd trip to City For. My first 2 experiences were very disappointing. However, I gave City Ford a Third choice. This was the experience every patron should have. I had contacted ZACH and had discussed My situation as far as wanting a new vehicle. I told Zach I'll be there in 15 minutes. He told Me which building to meet Him at..there I was to ask for ZACH. With His colgate smile and joyful demeanor...as I shook His hand, this time I knew would be different. Way different. He Is a kind and competent Gentleman. I will not refer to Him as a salesman, as I already knew the Beautiful Vehicle I wanted before I walked into the dealership. I had come prepared with all the documents ZACH requested, making it a seamless opportunity for both Myself and ZACH. He listened to a bit of My personal history and given that knowledge He made A Success Effort to make Me feel comfortable. I will seek ZACH out as My personal guide with every car I buy in the future near or far. ZACH Is An Irreplaceable Asset to Your Dealership and to City Ford's Family.
