Very personable guy, willing to look into every detail about a car's history to make sure you don't run into any surprises if you do purchase it. Laura was referred by a colleague of mine a few years ago. We ended up leasing our car. Recently, when our lease was coming to an end, we went back to see Laura to see what our options were. We now h ago. We ended up leasing our car. Recently, when our lease was coming to an end, we went back to see Laura to see what our options were. We now have another new VW. Laura walked us through the entire process, was fully transparent and laid out the different options we had. She was very supportive and we never felt pressure to act on something that we were not comfortable with. She continues to check in with us to see how we are enjoying our new ride.
