My parents were in the market for an electric SUV for most of 2022. They've waited months for inventory to become available. I’ve gone with them to many dealers and dealt with their sales people. So when I write that our salesman, Luis Gonzales, is great. I mean it. We first meet Luis back in April of 2022 at City Volkswagen Of Chicago. He was nice, honest, not sales pushy, and he said that his dealership doesn’t do markups. Fast forward to today since they had the exact car my parents were waiting for. We had Luis and everything went smooth. Conversations were great. He made sure to bring up the IRS EV tax rebate, Illinois EV tax rebate, and signed us up for 3 years of free charging with Electrify America. He even drove us to Chase bank to grab our deposit check. Never would’ve expected that and it all added to a great car buying experience. And like he said back when we first meet him. He got us the 2023 ID.4 AWD xxxxxxin black at MSRP. No mark up. No warranty and protection push. I highly recommend Luis Gonzales to be your go-to at this dealer. Great car sales people are rare but we’re lucky to have him.
