We loved our experience with City VW, and Luis and the rest of the staff who helped during this process were absolutely amazing. It took almost 2 years for our ID.4 to be shipped and they maintained conta rest of the staff who helped during this process were absolutely amazing. It took almost 2 years for our ID.4 to be shipped and they maintained contact with us the whole time, updating us, and inviting us to come see and test drive the car to ensure that we still liked our initial pick. More importantly they kept us posted on price fluctuations and updates on new versions as a lot changed during the 2 years our order stayed pending. During the actual purchase process we could tell Luis was really busy, but he made sure to not rush us, and went through the whole car and purchase process multiple times, guiding us to the best resources for familiarizing ourselves with the ID.4. We highly recommend that anyone in the market for an ID.4 reach out to him and use City Volkswagen of Chicago as their dealer of choice. More
