I bought my Atlas earlier this year and I could not be happier. Alex is accommodating, professional and very knowledgeable. He isn't pushy and he understands the ins and outs of the vehicle. He asked what we were looking for, our lifestyle and had tried his best to sort out what we needed vs what we wanted. He drove the car out of the lot, endured our 2 kids who still needed boosters (important to test the fit of those in the car you are shopping for... and how easy/hard the kids can buckle/unbuckle and climb in/out of the car - school drop off and pickup - while explaining the features of the car and our barrage of questions. In the end, he didn't push us to go for Premium R-Line (I settled with one level down) - but still showed us a Premium R-Line car, even if it was just sold, so we can have an informed decision on what we wanted. John is his sales counter part - he ran the numbers and we didn't really had to negotiate with him. He presented his best and final offer, and still gave us some concessions in the end. Where I took a half star out - is the finance department experience. All my research and preparation was for the front office - sales. The back office - finance - I really felt I was being pushed to get add-ons that I don't need. In the end, it felt a complete waste of time listening to her. The other half star is that there isn't really anywhere to park your car here. I understand this is the city and parking is precious, I wish there was some way they can accommodate guests even if there were just a few spots. The facility itself is super clean, noise level is acceptable, and they were very accommodating despite the pandemic. More
I bought my car here, and ordered parts for my 2021 Atlas. I was worried with the parking situation and honestly, their setup in the service department is actually very efficient - with the customer in Atlas. Drop off is a piece of cake and someone goes up to you and takes more information about the car before you even go inside to meet with one of the service managers. Chris is awesome! He took care of me and the car and was up front with everything - even with the timeframes of when the car will be ready. I will say, this is a busy service dept - there's always somebody there dropping or picking up their car (my experience when I went and had parts shipped here). They have a great reception/waiting area for customers - equipped with charging stations. They have sofas or regular chairs or high chairs if you wanted. Staff is also very knowledgeable of the area - they directed me to a great coffee shop nearby. Overall, I can't find fault in my experience with their service center. I had my doubts before, but now I am planning to have all my included maintenance done here. More

Me and my partner stopped in quick at VW on our way to a Subaru dealer just to compare the trunk size of an Atlas to the car we were planning to buy. We were pretty quickly greeted by Enrique Garibay. He ju Subaru dealer just to compare the trunk size of an Atlas to the car we were planning to buy. We were pretty quickly greeted by Enrique Garibay. He just asked if we needed help and pointed us to two Atlas that were close to us. While we were looking he asked what we were going to use the car for and things like that. But it never felt like sales pressure. It just felt very chill and conversational. The Atlas was larger than we thought, so we started to turn to head out the door when he pointed towards a Tiguan, a model we hadn’t considered. It was perfect. My partner and I both looked at each other like “we found the one”. Then Enrique opened the back and there was a third row (jaw drop). He’d already very obviously nailed the sale, but he still took the time to show us the car’s features. I thank him for that. I frequently get carried away with one thing about a car and it isn’t until I get home that I realize, it doesn’t have what I need or it has more than what I needed. It was later in the day on the weekend (which I later figured out was closing time) and they were prepping for an event the next day. It probably wasn’t an ideal time to start the buying process, my partner really wanted the car, but realistically I wanted a little time (I was pretty set on Subaru until this beauty of a Tiguan popped up). Enrique picked up on that. He was ready to start the process even at the end of the day but he gave me his card, told me to call, and we could set a time to go over the features I want to find and see if they have the car in stock. I forgot to make an appointment because I’m an awful human. But we came back a couple of days later and Enrique greeted us again. He remembered exactly where we’d left things. I’ve owned 7 cars. Every car buying experience has been edgy, stressful. Everything always just feels like a scam. Nothing feels sincere. Until I bought this Tiguan. Enrique just kept the process very calm and low pressure. He found the car we needed and it even had the things we said were just “nice-to-haves” but not essential…in a market where there are no cars on the lot. Everything felt like it was my choice. Every option he showed me felt like he was trying to help me make a decision about a useful tool in my life rather than just a sale he was trying to make. Maybe it was just really good luck that we landed with Enrique. I had my first great car buying experience. I’m super happy with the car we got. I left this long review because I think it’s important to recognize great work. The car is just an expensive piece of metal with a label on it until someone shows you the value it can add to your life. Thank you Enrique! More

This is our 3rd Volkswagen. I considered other brands but warranty, performance,interior, safety features and styling of passat is hard to beat. It is truly the best value out there. We ended up purchasing 2020 Passat R Line certified pre-owned. This gives us additional 2 years 24K miles on top of the existing warranty which is AMAZING! We obtained VW financing and could not be happier with our purchase. Marcus and John are great to work with as well as rest of their team.
