Out of State Buyer These employees were excellent at ensuring ease of communication for any questions I had after I had realized that my car search was going to lead me These employees were excellent at ensuring ease of communication for any questions I had after I had realized that my car search was going to lead me to out of state dealerships. Sam was able to inform me of repair updates on an almost hourly basis after a customer had leaned against the interested car, causing an indentation and he made sure to update with photos to ensure me that I could relax without any worry of miscommunication. We were able to discuss a negotiable price that would still allow it to be advantageous for me to buy out-of-market with travel expenses included. This was a hard experience to find since most dealers seem to not be comfortable or skilled as this crew at informing and negotiating with out of state customers. Upon the landing of our flight, we were met by JP, who was open and allowed us to relax through, what could have been, a very stressful transaction. JP tossed me the keys and we hopped in for a test ride to make sure everything worked as expected. I had test-driven some vehicles of the same model locally, but it was nice to have a little history of Chicago thrown in with my tour of the car to add for a first-time visitor. After the test drive and all my questions were completed, it was time for paperwork, where Mark was the perfect fit for the job. He made sure to translate and organize all of the importance of each document in a timely fashion - we wanted to see some of the city before we started our road trip after all. Further questions were a little difficult to get answered via email, but that was sorted out today. This dealership is a great stopping point for buyers ANYWHERE, and they will make sure to send you in the right direction if you choose a path other than one that leads through them. The out of state car buying experience would not be the same without a competent, efficient, and accommodating dealership, and this crew checked all of those boxes. More
