We had such a wonderful experience with Juan! He was super professional and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell us or use sales tactics on us. We told him we were in the market for a used golf GTI and just wanted to test drive one to make sure we liked it. Upon hearing that, he told us about some used options and searched to find the car that we eventually bought. Really appreciated it and the experience. 11/10! More
