I was helped by Alex Rocha. The experience was so extremely seamless and he helped us so much with our options and doing the right thing for his customer. We came down from a bad experience from WI (we are Chicago native), so we came in a little stressed, and immediately from walking in Alex put us at ease. We also needed to go to the bank to get a cashiers check, they drove us to the bank and back as well. We came in for a different car initially but we walked out with something we love and stayed within our budget! More
