Our experience the other day was very spontaneous and yet resulted in fantastic results! Guided by Narcis Agic, our salesperson, we went promptly through new vehicle options that met with our wish list. We r resulted in fantastic results! We rode and drove and examined a few cars and received incredibly complete information on their features. We went home with an uplifted feeling about a couple of choices. Then new choices arrived and Narcis contacted us with possible costs, but admitted that availability could change quickly. We mulled it over for a bit, jumped into action, and corralled a new Tiger/Iguana(Tiguan) a couple hours later while Narcis and Alex(Finance) competently settled us into the saddle. We’ve never had such a positive experience buying a car! We thank Narcis Agic and Alex Paszkowski for their professionalism, expertise, and positive attitude. Buying a car that isn’t very common in the market can be stressful. Ian made it so seamless and comfortable. He was 100% honest from the jump and all the way through.
