We had been customers of VW in the Goldcoast for 6 years and after being greatly disappointed with the Goldcoast service, we decided to switch to Evanston instead of giving up on the great brand that Volkswagen is. Iryna was our sales consultant and not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helpful but she was kind and not pushy like most salespeople. She was laid back and listened carefully to what we needed, gave us space to look and discuss, and patiently took us throught the whole process - and eventually we left with a new car the same day. The experience was smooth and pleasant, and we really appreciated Iryna’s help! The vibe of the dealership was awesome with great upbeat music, nice hospitality shown by our sales person and last but not least- they have a great selection of new and pre-owned models to choose from.
