Genuine and extraordinary staff! I worked with Yoram when I purchased my 2014 VW Tiguan R line. I came in about 2 hours before closing and we were there 2 hours after closing (Sorry!) I worked with Yoram when I purchased my 2014 VW Tiguan R line. I came in about 2 hours before closing and we were there 2 hours after closing (Sorry!), but Yoram was so patient and made the process smooth! I have been to multiple dealerships before going to Autobarn looking to get out of my lease early and none of them were as willing to help me as Yoram. I also met Vic Jalili, the general manager, and he was so accommodating and patient as well! The staff at autobarn genuinely care about their clients and want to make the car buying process as stress-free as possible (because let's be honest, it's not always fun and can definitely be stressful), but I am SO EXCITED about my car, it was a rare find, 4 year old car, low miles and a great price. The service Yoram provided is invaluable and is truly hard to find. With all the dealerships I have come across, Autobarn has a great staff that love their clients. Yoram was professional but was also very kind and I could really tell he wanted help me get this car. Not just for a sale but to just truly help someone make it happen! There were some things we discussed that we were unable to take care of when I left the dealership with the car but they made sure I was taken care of when I came back the following weekend. I live one hour away from evanston but every mile was worth the drive! Please ask for Yoram if you are looking for great customer service!
