Denis Tomsa- Top Notch Sales Emplyee I recently purchased a 2015 Golf R. It had to be shipped from Germany as there was not one to be found within a 100 mile radius of Chicago. Denis Toms I recently purchased a 2015 Golf R. It had to be shipped from Germany as there was not one to be found within a 100 mile radius of Chicago. Denis Tomsa took care of my order and provided regular updates as to where my car was along it's journey to the United States and finally to Evanston. Denis seemed just as excited and eager as I was to receive the car. On the night that we actually purchased the car, Denis made certain that the process was quick, while thoroughly explaining the ins and outs of my new car, Volkswagen, and the services that their dealership has to offer. He even introduced me to Mo, one of the most personable mechanics I've met at a dealership. There were some minor cosmetic flaws with the interior of the car from the factory in Germany. However, Denis and Mo have put me at ease, quickly ordered replacement parts and it is all being taken care of. Throughout the whole process there has never once been any added pressure to upgrade maintenance services, etc. Denis simply provided me with all the information I could ever have asked for and ensured that I understood answers to questions. Mo, in service, even spent a good 15 minutes talking to me about my car and explaining the care that he would take with it. In a short time, I've been made to feel like part of a small family and trust that they will take good care of my car when it is there for maintenance and/or service. I am so thrilled about my experience with Denis and Mo, that I almost forgot to mention- The 2015 Golf R is the most fun car I have ever owned or driven!!! More

I was a walk-in and came into contact with Pierre. He seamlessly assisted me throughout the entire process, which wasn't much of a process really. When I needed a hand to check something that required two people on the car, he never hesitated to assist. He went as far as I felt I needed to go to check out the car thoroughly. Auto Repair I had just purchased a used but new to me GTI from another dealer and wouldn't you know the water pump went out just 3 days after words. I did not have an appointment and they took me right away. Lucky for me the pump fell under my warranty. Even though I did not purchase my new car from the AutoBarn they treated me like I did.
