Subject: Ongoing Issue Regarding Refund for Recalled Product Dear Mrs. Balbuca, I have made several attempts to obtain a refund for a product I purchased that was later recalled. Despite my repeated communications with the management office over the past few months, my funds have not been reimbursed. All relevant details should be reflected in your records. I have even escalated the matter to small claims court and am still awaiting a response. Meanwhile, this same company continues to actively encourage its sales team to solicit consumers daily, asking them to spend their hard-earned money—only for customers like myself to be left feeling swindled and taken advantage of. I will not elaborate on some of the sales tactics that appear designed to lure consumers into making predatory purchases.

Hello Mrs. Balbuca Unfortunately, I have been getting the same delayed responses from the start of this issue with your company. I received a call from the general manager last week to informed me that he would be calling back again during the beginning of the week to make contact with the main office. Since that time, I haven't received the call. I have sent him all the info needed to substantiate my claim but yet I'm still receiving the same response that I have been receiving from the beginning. This company has taken advantage of one of its own customers. Despite the fact that I had only done business with this dealership in the past. An issue that has only left me feeling powerless and disregarded! I at a lost in how to hold your company responsible for their lack of ethical responsibility. For now, I will continue to post the harsh treatment and unethical treatment that I have received by your company. This situation has left me feeling powerless, and I am at a loss as to how to ensure your company takes responsibility for its lack of ethical action. For now, I will continue to share my experience publicly regarding the treatment and lack of professionalism I have received.
