He was recommended to me by my brother whom also purchased a car from him. I was greeted immediately and was offered a beverage upon entering the dealership. He was completing a transaction with another client, so I took it upon myself to look around the lot for the two cars I was interested in looking at. The Kona and the Tucson. I was specifically interested in the Tucson because of the 360 Camera feature and the panoramic moon roof. After Briant completed his transaction with his previous clients, he handed me the keys to a gray Tucson that was on the lot. He told me to take it for a spin and I did. I immediately fell in love with the car except this particular model did not have the panoramic moon roof I was looking for. I returned and test drove the Kona, but it just wasn't the same. I was about to give up and leave and this is when offered to drive me to a lot that was about 5 minutes away, where they kept the other stock of cars. When we pulled up the lot, there were several Tucsons in different colors, all with the panoramic moon roof and 360 camera features. We hopped into the blue one and drove it back to the dealership. This action had me sold as I had two bad experiences with other sales people from other brands that I won't mention. At the previous dealership, the salesman told me he wasn't going to run numbers because he didn't have time and I needed to make a decision on whether or not I was going to make a purchase. But here at City World Hyundai, Briant offered to drive me to a lot with stock of cars that had exactly what I was looking for and he didn't give up on me, which is above and beyond my expectations. At the end of the day I ended up with a 2021 Blue Tucson with the key features I was looking for. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Briant for your patience and amazing service. More
