I had ordered a cargo tray which was not yet in stock and he took time after work to deliver it to me at home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru. More

I walked in knowing what I wanted in a car, color, style, options, etc.. Well, I didn't end up with the car I thought I wanted. I got something I didn't even know I wanted. It was everything I needed and under budget so, we added in a moonroof. Tom is quick and to the point, and also very funny, I might add. His co-workers appear to work really well together as I watched them help each other out. The dealership is spotless, comfortable and very friendly. I'm looking forward to dealing with Tom/Cityside again. More

He allowed us to bring our dog into the office, and then in any further interactions, always was thoughtful enough to ask about our dog, which I thought was very sweet. He was very fair in our price negotiation, and we came to a price that I think we were all very happy with. He made the process very painless. He even took the time to introduce us to the electronics system in our new car and make sure we knew how to pair our Bluetooth phones with it. He also followed up via text a few days after to check in, which was incredibly considerate. Thank you Mark and Cityside for such a great experience! It felt so much more personal than a simple business transaction. More

To our delight, the process at CitySide was not at all the hassle one might expect. We were treated respectfully, and listened to so that the model and features we bought were exactly what we needed. Tom was a wonderful salesperson;friendly, a good listener, and easy going. We had no problem reaching an agreeable price. Tom has been particularly helpful explaining the features of the car and is very open to return visits to answer any questions that may arise. We are very pleased with our decision to buy a Subaru and delighted we bought our car from Tom. Michael was very knowledgeable about the financial aspects of the sale and was also very helpful. More

The display and audio unit had some issues when I picked up the car, but when the replacement part came in, it was fixed immediately and they supplied me with a loaner for the day.
