So I went to Cityside, after finding it had fairly good ratings and knowing it was nearby to where I live. Alex greeted me when I arrived and we had a cordial discussion and an efficient exchange on what a fair deal would be. With only a modicum of further discussion we settled on exactly what I felt was fair and I got the car I wanted. After the sale Alex contacted me to make sure all was well and to answer any other questions I had. I asked about one thing that required follow-up and he did in fact follow up. Also, I love my new car. I got the Outback limited with all the safety features and the engineering is wonderful! Some minor features that I found deficient in the 2016 model were now taken care of and I have absolutely no complaints about the 2018 model. More

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to lease a 2018 Impreza. The sales person (Tom) was really helpful and always kept me informed throughout the whole process. Even helped me to contact my insurance company to have all the paper work ready for the new car. Talking to the manages and the finance person, was also simple and straightforward, always willing to explain the details of the lease and be sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of the lease.
