He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the various Subaru models and has a down-to-earth personality. Discussions were straightforward and when we decided to schedule time to meet again to talk seriously about purchasing a car, he was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership. Our desired car was not in stock, but the managers located the exact car we desired within 48 hours and delivered it 24 hours later. We did not have to compromise on any features. On top of that, the pricing for the car, maintenance and extended service agreements, and financing far exceeded our expectations (i.e. much lower costs) due to Mark's guidance and that of Mike, the finance manager. Delivery of our Outback went very smoothly as Mark spent plenty of time going through all of the gadgets. He even set up the links to our cell phones. BTW, the commercials say it all: "we love our Outback". My wife and I purchase new cars and generally keep our cars for an average of 6 - 8 years, and this is my 6th new car purchase. Overall, this (my first Subaru) was the best purchasing experience I have had thus far. More

After going to 2 other Subaru dealerships in the area and getting a bit of the run around (stereotypical car sales business that makes me crazy), I went to Cityside and worked with Junior who made things so easy. He honored the quote I was given online, down to the remote start (the other two dealerships did not honor the quote....) and got me price I was happy with for my trade in. I got exactly the car I wanted at a price I wanted, and didn't have to go through all the hassle and games most dealers play. Love my new Subaru, thanks Junior! More

Most pleasant car buying experience I wanted to get a new car, a Subaru specifically, but I wasn't sure whether I would prefer the Impreza or the Crosstrek. I walked into the dealership I wanted to get a new car, a Subaru specifically, but I wasn't sure whether I would prefer the Impreza or the Crosstrek. I walked into the dealership just to look at the cars and Glen helped me weigh the advantage of one car over the other and ultimately gave me all the information I needed to figure out what car would be best for me. Even though I told Glen right away that I am not going to by anything now, he took the time to show me around. I made an appointment a few weeks later to come in to buy a car. From my previous experiences with other dealerships, I basically prepared for battle. This was utterly unnecessary. It was the smoothes, most pleasant and respectful experience ever. I feel like a got a fair price for the new car and the most value from the old one. Glen explained all the important features but was also aware that I wasn't interested to spend all day at the dealership. More

Aside from being personable, listening to your needs and then presenting you with reasonable options, his straight forward, down to earth persona make you want to invite him over for a bbq and stay in touch long after your purchase. I react rather badly to high pressure sales tactics (I’ve experienced them in the past) and was beyond relieved when it became readily apparent that Peter is completely low-key in his approach. Which is not to say that he lacks enthusiasm – in fact it just bubbles over, as he loves Subarus and is extremely knowledgeable. He had me test drive both a Forester and an Outback, just to compare the two – both great cars, but I immediately felt “at home” in the Outback - so we proceeded from there. Peter made the entire transaction stress-free, no small accomplishment since buying a car is by nature (at least for me) stress-inducing. I can’t say enough good things about this “not your typical car salesman” – it’s the secret of his success! More
