Easy tire repairs I've been back to the dealer twice when I had low pressure readings on tires. Our roofers had left nails in the driveway. Cityside looked at the car right away, patched and refilled tires and sent me on my way. This happened again a few months later. Not sure if another dealer would have told me I needed to replace the tires but I trusted them and they came through - $21 for the repair. More

Great Experience! I walked in to CitySide not ready to buy a car until I met Tom as my salesperson. Tom didn't pressure me; however clearly laid out my trade in car an I walked in to CitySide not ready to buy a car until I met Tom as my salesperson. Tom didn't pressure me; however clearly laid out my trade in car and my options for a new car. Tom took the time to run 3 scenarios with me waiting a year, two, and three, while showing me how much my car would depreciate if I waited. He even went over the option of me keeping my old Subaru until it died so I never felt your typical pressure. He then ran many payment scenarios , although we wound up paying cash he took the time to explain all of our options. I left the first visit and Tom didn't try to stop me from leaving and offered me his cell phone so I could reach him anytime. The manager was also came over and was very nice and did not pressure me. Fast forward two weeks and I am now loving my new Forester and Tom has been very responsive to my questions. He didn't forget about me after I drove away which has made appreciate the experience even more.. I would recommend CitySide, Tom, and the finance manager (can't remember his name) who got me a great deal on an extended warranty. More
A long term relationship We started our 'relationship' when I inherited my mom's old Subaru. I would the Service Department to be excellent. One day while waiting (not too long I might add) I went upstairs to look at the 'new' Subarus. That's when I met Dan Rzepnicki. He and I sat and talked cars, family, computers. Even though he new I was not there to buy a car, we still struck up a friendship on that day. About a year and half later my wife (who commutes a lot) said she wanted a new car. Well I new the car, the dealership, and the guy to get it from. That was in 2012. Since then every time I bring the car in for service, I stop upstairs and check in with Dan. Well finally my minivan reached it's end of life and I was able to get myself a new Subaru. I had so much fun looking at all the options and Dan's honest guidance (you should get this, you don't need that) made the selection and purchase of my new 2016 Subaru Outback quite pleasurable. While I know I'll see Dan when I bring either of the cars in for service, I just hope he is still there when it comes time for us to get our next car. Unfortunately Subarus are so reliable, Dan will be a 'little bit' older when it comes time to buy. Thanks Dan, and Citywide Subaru, for making servicing and buying cars so stress free. Though, on a more recent visit after waiting 3 and a half hours at the dealership I was suprised and upset I had to go to a nondealership mechanic to fix an engine problem. More

Salesperson very professional, not pushy, provided the needed information, and gave us our "space" to decide. He allowed us as many test drives as requested until we were comfortable. Went into the process with trepidation but came out feeling as if we were treated like adults and with respect. Car was ready in short order and the closing paperwork and process was smooth and easy.
