Never pushy, always happy to provide exactly what I needed all the way up until the final purchase of my used WRX! One of the guys even gave me a few spare parts for the car because he used to own one. Top notch place to buy a new car if you're looking for a respectful experience, where the dealers will work with you on getting a great price. Managers were kind and didn't strike me as sleezy car guys, which I've encountered during this process. The guy who did my financing was also very good in explaining my options for in house/external financing. Been to about 15 locations while researching my purchase; would definitely recommend starting here for your research and test driving if you want a crew that won't push you too hard. You'll want to follow up there to buy it afterwards, but you won't need me to tell you that. More

Over filled oil after lube oil filter Cityside recently opened a satellite facility for lube oil filters unfortunately I think there are a few kinks the new location needs to address. Shortly after leaving my car starting shaking and within 3 miles I had to turn around and visit the main service area. Thankfully they were able to take me in but I trip up north was delayed two hours while they trouble shot the issue. The ultimate cause was determined to be too much oil and was addressed. My issue was the additional time I was required to spend to correct the issue. Again they are typically good but this experience was scary and disappointing. Regards D More

In addition, as I have mentioned at every service, THIS car (unlike ALL of my previous cars for the last 40 years) doesn't get anywhere near the gas mileage advertised. In addition, the MPG as measured by the car's own indicators reads consistently a couple mpg higher than the actual measured MPG (I keep track the old fashioned way - with a notebook) No one has ever addressed the issue so I'll have to take it up with Subaru. The only other little problem was to fix the sunglass compartment door (which keeps falling off). They put it back in but it fell off again the next day --- not a big deal, just another trip back to service sometime More
