We got the car we wanted even though the one we test drove was sold before we finalized our deal. There was no uncomfortable pressure, just a good relaxed discussion of features and price. We were so impressed with how well he and CitySide did with the car that we came back to him to purchase a second car. He was able to save us time and got us a great deal as well. He even entertained our granddaughter while he worked with us. Both times he patiently explained the features of the car and made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase. When we changed our minds about the floor mats to install in the car, he quickly went back to the Parts Department, made the purchase for us and installed them.
