We continued to correspond with Flavio over a series of visits as we considered various Subaru models as well as other makes. Flavio set us off on test drives of all of the relevant models and trims we expressed interest in, and was very knowledgeable about the features of each; he inspired confidence. Flavio was also extremely patient as we went through our buying process while always being cordial in his correspondence with us. We never felt pressured, nor did he try to up-sell us with features or models that didn't suit our stated needs. In the end, we are the happy owners of a new vehicle - exactly what we wanted - and we would gladly recommend Flavio and Cityside Subaru.
