I tried working with a couple other dealerships and they refused to work with me on actual numbers, instead trying to talk about mystical numbers that apparently added up for them. I had visited cityside first for my test drive and came running back as fast as I could. Mark Lidano was personably, and took the time to get to know me. When I said I was ready to make a deal, we talked ACTUAL numbers and came to an agreement we could all live with. My girlfriend is going to get a new car in the next couple of years, I am going to try to convince her to get a Subaru from Cityside. More

I have taken my 2008 Outback to Cityside a handful of times now, and the service team has shown they are interested in doing what is right for their customers. They have had multiple opportunities to try times now, and the service team has shown they are interested in doing what is right for their customers. They have had multiple opportunities to try to explain a particular issue as requiring large repairs, but instead have searched for the simplest, easiest, and least expensive way to fix problems. This latest visit was for an issue with the steering rack, which could have been solved by offering to replace the rack or associated components. Instead they found a mis-applied connecting bolt, drilled it out, and put in new ones. A previous visit was for a sound with the wheels turned ended up just requiring a brake backing to be adjusted, which they did at no charge. Labor rates are not inexpensive, but that is to some degree to be expected at a dealer, but I think they make up for it by not doing unnecessary things. More

Within five minutes of entering the dealership, I knew I had come to the right place. Exploring the floor models, I enjoyed the ambiance of the light and spacious showroom. I then met and began to work with Mr Peter Rosenberg who graciously guided me all the way through the process of finding the right car for my needs. Truth be told, I knew I would be a lot of work for Peter since I had only a vague idea of what I wanted; furthermore, I am not what you would call a car person. That being said, Peter was amazing. In a professional but relaxed manner, Peter asked me pertinent questions and provided valuable information that I would never have considered when buying a car. There was no pressure and no hype. Even though I did not purchase my car that very day, I knew that I had found someone I could trust, and that did it for me. I am now the happy owner of a beautiful and affordable XV Crosstrek!
