Oct. 11, my 2010 Subaru Outback failed on the highway just before a planned trip to Maine. After receiving a great response for the roadside company I arrived at Cityside, they said they would review the just before a planned trip to Maine. The service agent asked if I had transportation, which I said no, he then offered me a Outback to use until my vehicle was serviced. I asked if I could use it to continue my planned trip to Maine, he said just return the vehicle with the fuel in it. Cityside made an unpleasant experience turn to pleasant.
