I really liked the fact that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I get the distinct impression that Subaru has established a fantastic reputation and the cars are sought after; as a result the staff d the vehicle. I bought my first car with this dealer and the experience was wonderful. Mark Lidano was great from the moment I walked in to when I drove away in my new car. I was offered water or coffee multiple times during the process. The price we agreed on was very competitive with the surrounding dealers. Peter is a considerate, knowledgeable, and personable sales professional that I am fortunate to know. Cityside Subaru seems to attract quality people such as Peter. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication, listening skills, and warmth. With more people like Peter, he would revolutionize the typical sales experience we normally associate with car sales/salespeople. I look forward to continuing to refer Cityside Subaru as the overall experience is excellent. I would welcome anyone asking me about this particular dealership as it has been one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. I think Cityside is setting the high standards that all dealerships should strive to attain. Living in New England and during our recent storms, I knew my car wasn't right for me. One of the salesmen drove the car to me and helped me with the paperwork and registration and then took my trade in back with him. This is what Customer Service is all about. "Going above and beyond". I love my new Impreza and have survived 2 big storms getting to and from work without any issues. Thank you ! More

Overall, a very good experience (too bad "very good" doesn't exist as an option). Fabio, the Sales person was extremely friendly and flexible regarding our price criteria. Nathan, the manager, with whom most of the price negotiations took place was likewise reasonable, friendly, and unaggressive as we went through the negotiation phrase. After the fact, I found a slightly leaking oil filter, I'm told the result of the oiler changer putting on the old gasket around the new oil filter. (I'm thinking a closer inspection of the car by the dealer may have caught this). From my research, I would rate the price as very good (great is hard to check when spending so much money). More
John was very easy to work with. He was not pushy or condescending and was very friendly. He even had cupcakes that his wife made! (Now you'll have to keep that up John). We worked out the price online with Consumer Reports and follow-up emails. WE PAID EXACTLY WHAT WE AGREED UPON IN EMAIL! He didn't try to sneak anything by us. Quick and easy. My only advice to buyers is not to expect to get a reasonable price for your trade-in. This is not John's fault, he is not who decides. I got such a low offer from them that I sold my old car privately the next day for almost 4 times as much. I did not like how John's manager was very pushy at trying to get me to do the trade-in by trying to scare me away from selling it privately. But, as I said this was not John's fault. Everyone else there is very laid back and honest. You don't need to brace yourself for the b.s. like at the other dealers. And the fact that we worked out the price beforehand separate from the trade-in, let me make an informed decision about what to do with my old car. I highly recommend John and Cityside for anyone buying a new car. All the other dealers either didn't get back to me or didn't take me seriously even when I presented the same offer as Cityside. They really are the best! More

He was extremely respectful, well informed, and willing to accommodate whatever requests we had. Peter quickly helped us to decide which model was the most appropriate one and was very patient as I figured out the remaining details - color, interior, etc. The technology of the vehicle was somewhat intimidating for me. Peter was able to explain the GPS, blue tooth and audio system in such a way that I felt comfortable with the new equipment. I plan to buy more Subarus over the years for my family from Peter and Cityside Subaru. More
