These guys are top notch, no games. They did have "The Best Price". I had a terrible experience with North Reading Subaru with Dan the sales manager. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. I placed a deposit on a vehicle and went there to finalize and he told me the "other" person emerged and he can't sell me the car. Then he went to say "I was there to fight". My face dropped, I told him I was there to purchase a car, after the second time Dan said "Your here to fight", I grabbed my things and left. What happened was they took one persons deposit and the person disappeared and management placed the car back on the market. I was notified of this and put my deposit down only to be insulted, disrespected and yelled at. Needless to say, this was a blessing, I stumbled upon Cityside and the experience was unbelievable. They told me an unbelievable price and stuck to it, no hidden agenda's. I went from being lied to and insulted, to being welcomed with open arms, not forceful or sleazy, but genuine and understanding. They work with you and are not out to rip you off or pull the wool over your eyes. I also had the honor of visiting their service department in whom I met with Bryan who was great. I failed to purchase an autodim mirror at the time, but they had them in stock and installed one at an unbeatable price. I've been referring everyone to these guys. A college buddy (Mike A) went down there and worked with someone to order his 2013 WRX and is another excited, happy customer.
