Peter couldn't have been more helpful. My experience with buying a new car at CitySide Subaru was nothing short of exquisite. My car was totaled in a fender-bender and I needed to get a new car promptly. I was looking specifically at Subarus because I had heard what fantastic and reliable cars they were, and have had great experiences in friends' Subarus. I was looking specifically for a manual Subaru Forester with black interior. I found the model I wanted at MetroWest Subaru, however they were not a preferred dealer for my insurance company, so I wouldn't have been eligible for my insurance discount if I'd purchased there. Upon contacting CitySide Subaru, Michael Nelson was very responsive and accomodating to my needs - with a down payment to secure the vehicle, he offered to drive to MetroWest Subaru and pick up my preferred model for me and bring it back to CitySide Subaru for me to purchase that night! He and his team worked tirelessly to answer my family's questions and make the process go as smoothly as possible. He has also answered my service-related questions in an exceptionally timely manner. I was very surprised and impressed with how great the customer service experience was, and feel fortunate to have such caring people to address my future car needs at this dealership.
