We didn't receive annoying phone calls and emails once a day every day after each visit, just a helpful check-in to ask if we had any questions. From the people on the sales floor to the finance office, everyone is friendly and low pressure. You're treated like a valued customer, not another potential commission. At the end of the day, consumers have lots of options. There are a handful of vehicles we probably would have been happy with had we purchased them. To us, the quality of the people we were buying from made the difference. John and everyone at Cityside were informative and helpful. We originally brought our 2004 Forester XT in for repairs but at a certain point it became apparent that the car was in much worse shape than we originally thought, and we felt that it was in our best intere but at a certain point it became apparent that the car was in much worse shape than we originally thought, and we felt that it was in our best interest to buy a new (used) car. We were in a very tricky spot and it would have been easy for Mark and the others at City Side Subaru to take advantage of our situation. Instead, we feel that Mark and the whole team at CitySide Subaru, including the service department, took the time to understood our situation and went out of their way to make sure that we got the best deal possible. There is no doubt in our minds that the next time we go to buy another car, we will go back to CitySide Subaru and see Mark Lidano. More

How did this happen? We walked into Cityside Subaru wanting to test drive the Forester...and Mr. Rosenberg greeted us with a big smile and a handshake, and before we even said a word, he said "You must be here because of the news, right? I know exactly which car you need and want..." and he was exactly 100% correct! Great experience from start to finish, delightful, witty, humble and knowledgeable...we'd do it again (hoipefully we won't have to!) and have even tried talking several of our friends into an Impreza! He also made it as easy as possible for us to drive away with our new Outback, helping to orchestrate a dealer buyback of our previous car and introducing us to a colleague who explained financing options. Peter's approach to his profession is a breath of fresh after dealing with countless other dealerships. He takes the time to thoroughly understand your needs and price range and guide you towards the right solution whatever that may be. It was great working with Peter. No hard sell at all, he just gave me the information I needed to pick the right car. I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted a Subara. When I returned after having test driven a just gave me the information I needed to pick the right car. I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted a Subara. When I returned after having test driven a number of other cars, I loved that he let me take the Imprezza out by myself. That let me really test drive it and kick the tires in a way I wouldn't have with a saleperson in the passenger seat. But I think the best part of working with Peter was after the sale. When he called to see how I liked the new car I mentioned that I couldn't figure out the Bluetooth. He said, Shelley, that won't do. I drove down and he spent an hour programing my radio and Bluetooth. (Way cool, by the way) I would highly recommend this dealership and Peter if you are in the market for a new car. More
