We originally brought our 2004 Forester XT in for repairs but at a certain point it became apparent that the car was in much worse shape than we originally thought, and we felt that it was in our best intere but at a certain point it became apparent that the car was in much worse shape than we originally thought, and we felt that it was in our best interest to buy a new (used) car. We were in a very tricky spot and it would have been easy for Mark and the others at City Side Subaru to take advantage of our situation. Instead, we feel that Mark and the whole team at CitySide Subaru, including the service department, took the time to understood our situation and went out of their way to make sure that we got the best deal possible.
