He explained things well and was organized, clear, and direct without being pushy, and did what he needed to do to help us finalize our deals. My friend and I both got extremely fair prices on the Outback, though less for my trade-in then I hoped. I haven't picked up my car yet and finished the paperwork yet, but so far I would highly recommend CitySide Subaru and Mike Nelson to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

I had asked for a price quote on a new Subaru from a number of local dealers, and Cityside was the only one who did *not* give me a high-pressure sales pitch and call me over and over. They politely observed my stated preference for emails over phone calls, and when I did go in to buy, they were friendly but low-key, and John and Don were both fantastic and so easy to deal with. Cityside made me feel respected and they took all my questions seriously. I feel like I got a perfectly fair deal on the car, and even if maybe I could've gotten it for $100 less at another dealer, it was well worth it to work with Cityside. More

Peter Rosenberg at Cityside dealership has been fantastic to deal with. First, he was wonderful in explaining the choices I had, between the 2011 and the 2012 Impreza. With the right information, I was able to make an informed decision and a very good one for me - the 2012 CVT. I ordered my car before the real color swatches were available. And I was surprised at the color that arrived. Peter was creative in thinking how we might alter the car to make it better for me - adding some beautiful side trim was the perfect solution. After driving the car for a day and a half, the navigation system ceased to work. When I came in, the service department took care of me quickly. And sent me home with a loaner so they could properly diagnose and fix the situation properly. Everyone at Cityside has been great to work with. But I doubt my experience would have been as great if it weren't for Peter and the effort, thought, and care he put in. More

I hate buying new cars. I dislike dealing with the many sleazebag dealers I have met in my lifetime, and am generally cynical about car dealers in general. Cityside, and Peter Rosenberg specifically, were quite the opposite. It was a surprisingly good experience, and I actually walked out of there smiling. It was a little bit like going to the dentist and feeling no pain. They have a great product. We are a Subaru family, and when it was time to get rid of my Forester, I would not consider anything but another Forester. Peter and others at Cityside made it easy and actually enjoyable, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family in the future. More
