Recall and First Service I brought in my 2015 Legacy for the Eyesight recall and 6000 mile service. Excellent Experience I called from the road with my problem, and Nick was very helpful over the phone. He also asked me to follow up with an update between the day of my call and the date of the appointment, which helped put me at ease. While the car was being serviced, I took advantage of the wi-fi and comfortable waiting areas to get my work done, so I didn't need to stress about being away from my job. When it became clear that the service would take a few days, Nick readily offered a loaner car. He was also quite flexible about the time I needed to pick up my car and return the loaner. Rather than racing out of work early, I was able to come in early the next morning instead. All and all, having my car serviced at Cityside Subaru was an excellent experience. More

Not what I expected I've been getting my service done at Cityside since I bought my new car. They've always gone above and beyond my expectations, except for this visit. I've been getting my service done at Cityside since I bought my new car. They've always gone above and beyond my expectations, except for this visit. The service was done and I'm happy for that, but I can get it done anywhere for cheaper. When I asked about the peculiarities of my car, which I expect a subaru mechanic to know most about, the response was not helpful, it was, "your warranty's expired." They've always vacuumed the floor, offered advice, and things to look out for, but not this visit. So overall, I'm disappointed. More
