Angelo was great and he explained everything good. It did take 2hrs for an oil change, but I got a ride home while I waited. My only complaint is to make the car retrieval more efficient. I arrived and gave my paperwork to a worker, and he puts me to the back of the stack which is fine. However, when other customers arrive, and no worker is on the podium they set their paperwork on the top of the stack. This makes them cut the wait and get their vehicle next while others than have been there longer keep waiting. More

I went to this service center even though I have one closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I men closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I mentioned a coupon. Then he said my coupon would only be $5 off. It was a $59 oil change and v6 are additional. The total before the coupon was $79 and after would be $74. I used this coupon plenty of times and it never came out to just only $5 off. I never had a issue with any service advisors prior to this but this guy just rubbed us the wrong way. At this point I will just save my gas and go to the closer dealership. More

I didn't have an appt. there was one car in line ahead me for none appointmenrt. 3 in back of me after 30 mins we were acknowledged, They took me first. I said the person in front of me was first, flat comment he has a different advisor. no acknowlegement of us . also I was quoted over 800.00 for a spark plug change. cost out side of dealer 249.00..I think for a dealer service it should be only 350.00..Also I had 40,000 miles or more before I would need the change More
