I was there on Monday. I went to get serviced on my car, I even took a coupon I got on your website, I don’t think it was even taken in consideration. The service member even took my information for a payment plan due to my car payment was due so funds were limited and he even stated I qualify for $2,600 and I asked twice about it and he said the cashier was going to let me know how much I was going to pay but I ended up paying the full amount since he didn’t note down the payment plan with sunbit (I believe that’s the name of the payment plan). I was also going to get charged for a nail on my tired but the fee was removed due to my life time warranty on the tires and the service member said he was going to order me a new tire but the cashier said he didn’t. I left very disappointed and upset. I know the wait time can change but from 2 hours to 6 hours… that’s too much of a difference.
