A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

I’ve always had fabulous, quick service and great communication when taking my car for service. However, last weekend when I had an early morning appointment, the oil change took all day. I was told communication when taking my car for service. However, last weekend when I had an early morning appointment, the oil change took all day. I was told it would be finished by 1pm and no word. At 2pm I called and there was no update. I received a call shortly after saying that my car had not even been looked at yet and was in line to be looked at possibly next. At 4pm I called to check since they close at 5pm and don’t open on Sunday, the car was still not ready. I was told I could show up at 4:30 and it would be ready. There was no explanation even when asked about why it took so long with an appointment. More

I have always experienced excellent service here. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 when I purchased my Avalon. I know own a 2014 Avalon and 2016 Highlander. I wont shop anywhere else!
